Cardinal Medical Solutions is dedicated to hiring exceptional providers who are passionate about going above and beyond for their patients. Cardinal seeks highly motivated and experienced emergency medical technicians, paramedics, and registered nurses with advanced knowledge and skills to help raise the standard of remote mobile medical care, one patient, one incident, and one community at a time. We conduct a hiring campaign once a year during the off-season, and all new hires must complete mandatory pre-season training before the season starts. We do not perform any hiring during the fire season.
We are no longer hiring for the 2024 fire season.

In the meantime, make sure you have the following certifications completed:

AHA BLS card

AHA ACLS card (if applicable for your certification level)

AHA PALS card (if applicable for your certification level)

ICS 100, 200, 700 & 800

NWCG S-130, S-190, L-180
-
ROHVA Safety E-Course

PHTLS or other trauma course (preferred)

You must also be able to pass the NWCG Arduous Work Capacity Test, which consists of a 3-mile walk with a 45-lb pack over level terrain in less than 45 minutes.
